Package: audacious Version: 3.5-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? Playing some recent (not all) CDs with audacious. With these CDs, the crash systematically occurs, although not always exactly at the same instant of the audition. In the kern.log of the /var/log directory, I find the following lines (two trials) --- kern.log:Oct 7 10:47:17 ITI kernel: [11636.910762] audacious[25173]: segfault at 0 ip 00007fb5fff90a3a sp 00007fffa6c09768 error 4 in libc-2.19.so[7fb5fff0f000+19f000] kern.log:Oct 7 19:21:27 ITI kernel: [42507.511280] audacious[21357]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f1d4c8bba3a sp 00007fff271c30e8 error 4 in libc-2.19.so[7f1d4c83a000+19f000] --- * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I only tried to increase the size of the cache. * What was the outcome of this action? No effect (corresponds to the second trial). * What outcome did you expect instead? Well, no more error:) *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing-proposed-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-proposed-updates'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.utf8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages audacious depends on: ii audacious-plugins 3.5-1+b2 ii dbus 1.8.8-2 ii dbus-x11 1.8.8-2 ii gtk2-engines-pixbuf 2.24.24-1 ii libaudcore2 3.5-2 ii libc6 2.19-11 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.30.8-1+b1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.42.0-2 ii libgtk-3-0 3.14.1-1 Versions of packages audacious recommends: ii unzip 6.0-12 audacious suggests no packages. -- no debconf information _______________________________________________ pkg-multimedia-maintainers mailing list pkg-multimedia-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-multimedia-maintainers
