No, we do not need to change anything here. blender B-Ds on

               libboost-dev,
               libboost-filesystem-dev,
               libboost-locale-dev,
               libboost-regex-dev,
               libboost-system-dev,
               libboost-thread-dev,

so once it is rebuilt for the GCC 5 transition, everything will be alright.
Please remember the d-d-a mail asking to not file unnecessary bug reports for
the transition which this one is.
