Hi. Let me start by telling you how happy and impressed I am with the handling of the NEW queue the last few months. The number of packages waiting there now is record low. It is inspiring to know that Debian have new packages published so quickly. Thank you very much!
The background for my email is a inter-dependency between packages in the NEW queue: [Debian FTP Masters] > binary:sonic-pi is NEW. > binary:sonic-pi-samples is NEW. > binary:sonic-pi-server is NEW. > binary:sonic-pi-server-doc is NEW. > source:sonic-pi is NEW. The sonic-pi upload is the last in a series of new packages to get the interactive music programming environment sonic-pi into debian. The other packages (some ruby libraries) except supercollider-sc3-plugins are already in the Debian archive. Can you please review supercollider-sc3-plugins first, before reviewing sonic-pi, to make sure the packages can enter Debian in dependency order? supercollider-sc3-plugins was already reviewed once, and we believe the issues you discovered then are now fixed in the upload waiting in NEW. -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen _______________________________________________ pkg-multimedia-maintainers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-multimedia-maintainers
