As a workaround it would be possible to let user choose or simply force
Qt UI to be used. This can be done in deb post install script.
UI options are specified in /usr/lib/lv2/abGate.lv2/manifest.ttl file.
Simply removing last 5 lines of the file would leave the plugin with Qt
UI only and it should work fine even with jalv.gtk
