--- Begin Message ---Package: inkscape Severity: important Dear Maintainer, in debin/testing since several weeks there is a dependency problem. Inkscape is rumbling with gnuradio, so, if I want install inkscape, it wants to deinstall all the gnuradio stuff. I believe (but I can not prove this) this is just a problem with a version of a single library, which might be easy to be fixed by the repo masters. Maybe both libs can be installed side by side without any problems, or the dependency problem can be fixed in another way. At the moment, inkscape is not installable without losing gnuradio and its libs. Note: gnuradio libs are also used for gqrx, so I suppose, to fix inkscape will be easier. If you note gnuradio was indeed *removed* from buster 3 weeks ago (I assume toghether with the libraries that cause conflicts in your system). I recommend that you use something like https://anonscm.debian.org/git/mirror/dsa-nagios.git/tree/dsa-nagios-checks/checks/dsa-check-packages to detect any package that is not provided by any repository of your system (like packages being removed from the distribution). Anyway, gnuradio has just been rebuild (#874626) and should migrate soon, and therefore soon be coinstallable with inkscape. -- regards, Mattia Rizzolo GPG Key: 66AE 2B4A FCCF 3F52 DA18 4D18 4B04 3FCD B944 4540 .''`. more about me: https://mapreri.org : :' : Launchpad user: https://launchpad.net/~mapreri `. `'` Debian QA page: https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=mattia `-signature.asc
