please use the "reportbug" (or "reportbug-ng") tool to report any bugs
found in Debian.
either start it from the cmdline ("reportbug <pkgname>"; in your case
that would be"reportbug obs-studio") or via the Destop menu.
answer all the questions and fill out the main template.
if all went well, you should get a confirmation email.
