i was a 4-year Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship recipient and graduated from the University of Oregon USA, in 1986. I was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Quartermaster Corps. In my military career I have served as a Platoon Leader, 193d Support Battalion, I hold a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. While there I researched focused on executive leadership and senior leader transitions into new organizations.
