Follow situations create sink, card bluetooth:
First start pulseaudio and then start bluez service, because bluez5-util
monitor changes from bluez via dbus.
Start system with bluetooth service stopped and start bluetooth service
manual because, again pulseaudio is started before .
When restart pulseaudio, loose card bluetooth structure and need to
stop/start bluetooth service again, in order to emit property changed
from adapter/device via dbus.
