When no audio is played and the maximum volume limit is set to any value this
setting will be lost after a diferent sound gets played.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the sound limit to 40% (just an example value)
2. Let the system play a sound (open a terminal with 2 tabs and close one)
Expected Results:
The sound is played with 40% volume
Actual Results:
The sound is played with 100% volume and the sound setting is back to 100% +
your ears hurt like hell.
