I've solved this problem by removing ruby-rack and
Downgrade the following packages:
1) librack-ruby [1.3.1-1 (now, testing, unstable) -> 1.1.0-4 (stable,
unstable)]
2) librack-ruby1.8 [1.3.1-1 (now, testing, unstable) -> 1.1.0-4 (stable,
unstable)]
