In addition to the confusion mentioned above, 'networkctl status
<interface>' reports a 'Link File' path that does not actually exist
when the initramfs contains a link file that has been removed from
/etc/systemd/network. It reports '/usr/lib/systemd/network/...' as the
location, but when the user checks that directory the file is not
there (since it was in that location on the initramfs this is logical,
but confusing).
