Please install dbus if you want to have this feature.
Without dbus, logind will not work.
The only reason why dbus is not a hard depends is, that we want to allow
for minimal (chroot) installations, where you don't strictly need logind.
For general purpose, multi-user systems, please install libpam-systemd
and dbus.
