Dear Maintainer,

As far as I know, tile isn't to be used with Tcl/Tk 8.5 and newer. It's
superseded by ttk. As we plan to drop Tcl/Tk 8.4 from Debian archive before
jessie release probably it's time to drop tile as well (even if it doesn't
directly depend on tk8.4).
