I would highly recommend this course... It is indeed hard to get into, but will
be well worth it.  I too shall be trying (again) to be admitted.

Hail,

For several years, this has been the most advanced course the Shadow
Academy offers, and this year we're offering it yet again. This summer,
the Writing Course will be ran by yours truly, as Oberst is tied up with
real life Obligations. As Headmaster, and one of the 4 who have passed
this course, I'm more than qualified to run it.

The skinny: This is a 10 week course, dedicated to the fundamentals,
analysis, and development of writing. This year, we're making it a
little bit more Star Wars orientated. Applications are now open, and I'm
not putting a limit on how many people I'll be accepting into the
program. However, surviving the course and not dropping out after 1st
week is completely up to you.

Reading list: The full list will be provided to you once the
course starts, however I will tell you to go download Lost Tribe of
the Sith before hand, and familiarize yourself with it. Every piece
of literature you'll be working with will be available for free on the
internet.

Applications should include a brief summary of your writing skills, and a
sample of your writing. I would prefer this to be something you've
written for the DB. Have all applications to myself by Saturday, July
10th. The course begins the following Monday. Good luck to everyone.

His Excellency,

Taigikori Aybara Dupar

Headmaster of the Brotherhood
