Hey there,

this status update is a lot shorter...

1) What have i done:
        - Started actually working on 9vx
        - discovered my memory management approach in vx32 doesn't translate
to 9vx...so i am currently experimenting again
        - looked into xv6 for educational purposes (both x86 and general os
stuff)...i also began a vx32 port of xv6...some stuff works but it's
not there...yet i have learned some lessons in the process...which is
good for me. but bad for you because there's nothing "objective" to
show to you...

2) What i am going to do:
        - Try to get 9vx/mmu.c running on windows.
        - getting 9vx to compile with asserts on missing places in order to
step by step built up functionality. (the vfs layer especially needs
some attention...)

so i guess there will be some 9vx code soon. i am looking forward to
it :)

André
PS: And again. Big thanks to Russ! Most of the stuff just falls into
place when he explains it. Which is totally awesome and i appreciate
it very much.
