Done:
- 9vx/mmu.c ... uff..finally. i think it works and basic mmu
functionality now work...but i am not sure... it will show when more
of 9vx is runnable
- investigated into implementing the GDB protocol -> decided: not
worth the effort, at all
To come:
- work on the vfs layer and hopefully thereby being able to load and
start the whole startup process
