OK, not wishing to take anything away from this neat project, but I'd like to mention something. It may well be the case that it is harder to implement X11 than a simple virtualization layer like palacios/lguest. Yes, that sounds insane, but both of these VMs have a control interface of less than 20 functions. I do think from my work with them that it would be possible to make it work. From that point, you get everything, since you've got a VM.
