I've committed a fix to the development version.
Ampersands are now displayed properly, but the fix has turned off
parsing of wiki and interwiki links in tasks. Is that intentional?
Or was I relying on undefined behaviour in having interwiki links in a
task name (eg "Close HelpJob#234 & document the fix, lodged
2006.06.23")
