How easy/difficult would it be to make planner do this:

I've got the beginnings of this. In my case, each project page has an
additional "* Tags" section. Then from there one can open up project
pages that start with Tag* and bring up a page that contains the list
of project pages with that tag.

For example, if you had a planner tag in MakePlannerMoreUseful and
then you opened the project TagPlanner - you'd see
MakePlannerMoreUseful listed in that page along with any other
projects that contained that tag.

I have an increasing aversion to hierarchical file systems and I found
this approach more effective at organizing the project pages.

Whether that makes me organized or not... that's another story.

My planner-tags thing is riddled with problems (eg: only updates on
emacs startup), but some folks might find it an interesting building
block.

I'll work up the courage soon to share some of my crappy elisp code.
