I had a typo in there.  It's fixed now.

It isn't being added twice.  It's a conditional statement that uses
the first version if muse supports self-nested tags (a recent
addition), and the second version otherwise.

You might have to run it under gdb.

[Addressing the list]

Oh. and I should re-iterate that I had tagged a lot of Planner mailing
list posts, but lost all of those tags 2 weeks ago after
re-installing my laptop a couple of times and getting a new machine.

So if there are any more posts on this topic that might shed some
light into why this bug is occurring, please give me a URL for each
one.
