Could you extrapolate a little more please. i see 

planner-annotation-from-file-with-position

alright but that is not deletable but is a selectable sub-topic: it
features 5 functions in a list which includes
planner-annotation-from-file-with-position. Did you mean delete this
sub-entry? I'm not quite sure from the customization help what I am
changing here.
