It's just not necessary to call insinuate if you are going to use the embedded
code method, because the embedded code is evaluated every time you visit the
page anyway. The point of the insinuate function is to force an update whenever
the page is visited, via a hook function.

Why not get your own posts delivered? Or read the mailing list via gmane? But

https://mail.gna.org/public/planner-el-discuss/. It's not live, but it's not
too far behind.
