I know they look abandoned, but rest assured that I use them every
single day at work. However, having to port the scripts was one of the
reasons why I never upgraded my planner installation at work, which is
kind of a chicken-and-egg problem.

I assume that porting the scripts will require only minor changes,
like checking different filenames (no suffix vs. ".muse"), and using
different regexps for filtering out the task status and the
backlinks. I have a fairly recent planner version on my laptop at
home, and I'll try and port the scripts as soon as time permits. If I
come up with something that works, I'll also add this to the wiki
(Marcelo, thanks for the suggestion).
