For what you want, you are using the wrong out of two possible
appointment approaches with Planner. You are currently using the TASK
BASED approach whereas you should go for the SCHEDULE BASED approach.

Detailed information on that can be found in the manual at section
(Info-goto-node "(planner-el) Appointments").

Hint: Put Point behind form and evaluate it i.e. hit C-x C-e
