the message is coming from the use of planner-ledger-balance-args

the actual culprit though is the next argument that is: -e "next month"
It depends on how the args are passed.

   - The "next month" needs to be double quoted, otherwise it fails and
   messes up the command. ("\"next month\"")
   - when using the function planner-ledger-insert-balance-maybe, then
   the double quoting is not needed


I fixed it in my versions of planner-ledger.el, that I posted some time ago
on this list.
But it keeps popping up, as the CVS source is not updated.
