Hi Raj: No, I don't create tasks with links to other tasks. But I do add links in my tasks to notes using planner-create-note-from-task.
There is a reciprocal function called planner-create-task-from-note that might interest you. You could create your initial task. Then create a note from it that describes the outcome of that task and the need for a follow on task. And then you can create the new task from the note. You'll have the tasks linked together, albeit to a note.
