it's great to see things move forward and improve, but really there are 
smarter ways to do this.

for instance, keep the dict applet in kde's svn and keep the engine with 
qstartdict. there's no reason for an applet dedicated to stardict when we have 
another dictionary widget there. talk about not servicing the user! "which one 
do i use? both?"

this is one of the primary points and purposes of dataengines after all.

i haven't looked at the code yet, but i'll just reiterate that if the 
qstardict web plugin is used that it will appear to break in some KDE envs 
since it uses QHttp which doesn't do a lot of things, like proxies.
