Is this fix resolve your problem? Can you try? If yes, then i would prefer a qt-copy patch than a hack in the code. People will forget it and it pollute the code base. Qt-copy patches are updated/removed properly when new release of Qt are available. I will check tomorrow if this commit is in 4.5.2 packages...if yes, then no point to do this, 4.5.2 arrive very soon.
