My opinion on top-down "lets shuffle things" remains the same. However, I am happy to approve iterative changes. I can see how this is a prerequisite to renaming "Workspace Theme" which seems to make sense, given it's not under the group workspace, and we're sending mixed messages. I don't object to this particular patch.
