Well, I posted the slider with more ticks, you said it wasn't good. Maybe is it better to increase the width? I will check it out to get a wider size. Maybe a legend would be good. I don't think libinput has a specific scale. From -100% to 100% with 0% default would be good also? I think both solutions are better then the actual one since is more accurate.
