Typically we solve all the difficult questions that would otherwise result in months of to and fro on mailing lists. Either super hard technical discussions or maybe airy-fairy direction discussions and presenting some new ideas. We will spend some time doing some pair programming and doing some focussed polishing where group critique and brainstorming help. Whilst everyone is busy doing that, I will spend my time quietly thinking about lunch. David
