REVISION SUMMARY Kicker uses "#ifdef PackageKitQt5_FOUND" in appentry.cpp to enable PackageKit feature. But PackageKitQt5_FOUND is defined in config-workspace.h which is not included. So PackageKitQt5_FOUND is always undefined and the feature is disabled. TEST PLAN Requires a distro with working PackageKit to test.
