I don't think that having two ways to perform the same action is good UX. The user might be confused about why action_X happened if he/she explicitly didn't press the action_X button that was there. And a real use case: KDE Connect uses notifications with two buttons for pairing requests (Accept and Reject). If I don't click Accept explicitly I don't expect the pairing to be accepted.
