Same here. Happened before and after installing samba package.

x86_64 Linux 4.9.11-1-ARCH
plasma-desktop 5.9.2-1
dolphin 16.12.2-1

This bug behaves the same when accessing my old NAS drive and in my new Windows
PC.

In the base folder I can still delete and rename files, but the paste and
create new options are greyed out. When trying via drag and drop it shows:

     Access denied.
     Could not write to .

If I create a new folder in the working subfolder, that new folder wil also
fail, but if I paste by right clicking that new folder from the working
subfolder, it works.

If I run Windows 10 in VirtualBox, with the network setting in bridged mode,
everything works perfectly.
