We discussed this in a BOF. Conclusion was that anyone using plasma-workspace in extragear is always wrong and won't be supported by us.

Not sure what to do here. We could special case libksysguard (it doesn't have the same huge dependency tree so isn't anywhere near as bad) Maybe it could/should be a framework?
