They are marked as WONTFIX then since it is unlikely that they ever get fixed 
without a contribution, and existing committers/contributors have not the time 
to solve that specific bug.

You can change that by first removing the stale flag and second by helping to 
provide a solution or attract a contributor to fix it for you.
