Hi folks,

As this has come up a few times over the past couple of years I raised Bug
568726 <https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=568726> to
document osgi.dataAreaRequiresExplicitInit. If someone can review or
improve the associated gerrit
<https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/platform/eclipse.platform.common/+/172109> I
submitted that would be great.
