There are 8 open PRs (and 6 closed ones) on that GH repo. AFAICT only a fraction of them have transitioned their improvement to gerrit. I have submitted a change <https://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php?title=Development_Resources%2FContributing_via_Git&type=revision&diff=442682&oldid=418629> to fix the language on https://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/Contributing_via_Git#via_GitHub which implies that PRs are actually accepted :-) Jonah
