Hello folks,

I am reaching out to you because I *may* need to take this on. But before I
do I want to confirm a couple of things:

- Can the CVS features be released as needed and live in their own p2 site
going forward and that p2 site contribute to SimRel?
- Can the Platform team still "host" the features/git repo/p2 site for
them? (As opposed to having to spin up a new project?)

I think my options are to:
1) either split CVS features out of the repo[1] and fixup the build/etc so
that it can build independently
2) create a mirror of the CVS features of the last release and host that
somewhere internal
3) simply tell users to point at old release p2 sites to install CVS into
their newer Eclipse.

The advantage of (1) is that, if needed, future fixes can actually be done
- and done in the open source easily, but that would require a Yes to my
two questions.

Thanks
Jonah
