I just noticed the integration of Model Spy, Preference Spy, and CSS Spy into Eclipse 4.22 M1 and M2 milestones. However, I noticed that most of the UI strings were not properly externalized for translation. I want to take this opportunity to remind the team that it is one of the Simultaneous Release Requirements to make sure all projects are designed and tested to enable development for all locales, and all strings must be externalized for translation.
