./bundles/org.eclipse.ui.ide.application/LegacyIDE_fragment.e4xmi ./bundles/org.eclipse.ui.workbench/LegacyIDE.e4xmi It is extended with additional entries at startup, see the model spy which is integrated into PDE and can be used via Windows -> Spy. Ensure to close it in the official release as 4.21 has a bug which resets you IDE layout if you leave the spy open and restart.
