Github has organization wide "Projects" (
https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-platform/projects?type=beta). Jetty project
uses it (https://github.com/eclipse/jetty.project/projects/) (successfully
IMHO) to manage their releases maybe we can do so too.
I never found the time to really try it so we need someone to try it out.
