Hi, It would be great if the issues could be filed on the organization level but since this is not possible:
Did someone already suggest creating dedicated "issue" repositories as the place to store issues? e,g, https://github.com/eclipse-platform/issues Issues can be referenced from each individual repo/pr. Cheers, Wim
