Another potential outlet would be "oggcasts" (c.f. "podcast"). In addition to an "enclosed" Ogg Vorbis audio file (or Ogg Theora video) a page with an embedded <audio> tag for playing it right in the browser might have some appeal. Certainly, for the same file size, the Ogg Vorbis audio sounds better to me than the "standard" mp3 files...
