right, i didn't updated my SPECS dir ;)
you have right:
- mono-tools builds well with resgen from pnet
- current nant doesn't build with mono (tested 1.1.10 and 1.1.12)
- hm.. but builds with "new" mono (1.1.12.1) and new cvs version... but
  not with resgen from pnet :/

summary:
- pnetlib doesn't build with resgen from mono
- nant doesn't build with resgen from pnet

how resolve it? have you any ideas? (other than remove pnet)
