Something like # (in glibc-devel) %ifarch %{x8664} # are other archs affected? %if "%(rpm -q --qf '%{E}:%{V}')" >= "1:2.26" Conflicts: binutils < 1:2.26 %endif %endif though I'm not sure if it's specific to glibc.
