whatever the slug_watch-cron is doing, it's hitting at */15 and creating
another ~500mb failed pack.
It runs "git gc" and leaves that tmp* when it fails. And it failed
because repository got somehow corrupted.
Was able to repair Refs.git repository (this repository is used by git
pld clone/fetch operations).
Things should be back to normal now.
yet no more commits are added there.
