I see in sympa.spec:
/usr/sbin/useradd -u 71 -r -d /home/services/sympa -s /bin/false ...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
but this directory is nowhere created, so it does not exist.
AFAIR it may cause problems while using pwdutils.
Is the home directory necessary ?
Maybe, it should be changed to /usr/share/empty ?
