# /etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart causes dhcpd, radvd, htb and possibly other services to stop working. As for htb I've got my own script (but maybe there is an official location for it?) but problems with dhcpd and radvd could be solved distribution wise. Is there any mechanism that would allow specifying dependencies between services?
