Who has access to distfiles? File rarlinux-3.4.0.tar.gz was downloaded
incorrectly (no space left on device). It has 0 size, but df thinks its
ok and don't want to download it again. md5 of this empty file _may not_
be correct, so shouldn't df re-download file? IMO it should.
